On display through May 13, 2018
at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science

This permanent exhibit at the Museum of Natural History and Science is the only Triassic hall in North America! Discover New Mexico's state fossil, and one of the very first dinosaurs, Coelophysis. Other highlights include the terrors of the Triassic — erythrosuchian and phytosaur.

Opening May 17, 2008, Dawn of the Dinosaurs allows visitors to explore the fossil evidence like scientists in this highly interactive exhibit.
